Der israelitische "Altar" - eine Schlachtbank ?

Die Ursprungsgeschichte zu Isaac enthaelt, wenn ich mich recht erinnere, sogar die vollzogene Opferung.

Das habe nicht einmal ich gehört.  Wo könnte man das nachlesen ?

Da muesste ich ein wenig nachforschen. Das war glaube ich in irgendeinem Text, den ich zur samaritanischen Tora gelesen hatte, vergraben. Wenn ich es finde, werde ich es verlinken.

Edit: Anscheinend findet man dazu schon etwas auf Wikipedia. Zumindest sind da ein paar Meinungen von Forschern genannt:

1. Francesca Stavrakopoulou (2004). King Manasseh and child sacrifice: biblical distortions of historical realities, pp. 193–194: "It may be that the biblical story contains traces of a tradition in which Abraham does sacrifice Isaac, for in Gen.22:19 Abraham appears to return from the mountain without Isaac".
2. Richard Elliott Friedman (2003). The Bible With Sources Revealed, p. 65, argued that in the original E story Abraham may have carried out the sacrifice of Isaac, but that later repugnance at the idea of a human sacrifice led the redactor of JE to add the lines in which a ram is substituted for Isaac.
3. Kosior, Wojciech (2013). ""You Have Not Withheld Your Son, Your Only One from Me". Some Arguments for the Consummated Sacrifice of Abraham". The Polish Journal of the Arts and Culture. 8 (5/2013): 73–75. Retrieved 16 June 2014.

Letztere Begruendung ist im Wikipedia ausfuehrlich dargelegt und basiert hauptsaechlich auf den Namen der Kinder aus dem ploetzlichen Kindersegen, der dem Opfer folgt, und dem Punkt, dass so etwas nicht ohne vorherige Gegenleistung geschieht, zumindest nach damaliger Auffassung.
